Who we are

MedEase Healthcare [registered business name and address to be added] supports patients in Delhi NCR. Privacy contact: info@medeasehealth.com, phone +91 96255 29133.

What we collect

  • Name and mobile number; email only if you give it
  • Treatment of interest, city, preferred contact method and best time to contact
  • The page you used and any campaign tag in the link you clicked
  • Feedback you choose to send, with your first name, if you allow us to publish it
  • Your agreement and the time you gave it

We do not ask for medical history, diagnoses, reports, photos, Aadhaar, PAN or payment details through this website. Please do not type them in the forms or chat. If you message us on WhatsApp, avoid sending sensitive documents until our team tells you how to share them safely.

Why we use your details

Only to respond to your enquiry, contact you the way you asked, and help you with a consultation. We do not sell your details and will not use them for unrelated marketing unless you separately agree. If you are enquiring for a child, please make the enquiry through a parent or guardian.

Chat assistant

The chat assistant is an automated tool that runs in your browser and answers general questions from the text of this website. It can collect the same contact details as the form, with your agreement. It does not give medical advice. We do not keep a chat transcript; only the contact details you choose to submit are saved.

Who can see your details

  • A small number of MedEase staff who need them to contact you. New enquiries are also emailed to our business mailbox.
  • Services we use to run the website and store enquiries, such as Google (the private enquiry sheet and our email) and our website host
  • A doctor or hospital, only when you ask us to arrange a consultation with them
  • Authorities, only where the law requires
  • WhatsApp (owned by Meta), if you choose to message us there, under WhatsApp's own terms

Third-party content

Pages load fonts from Google Fonts. Instagram videos load from Instagram only when you press play, and Instagram may then set its own cookies. This website does not use advertising cookies. Our advertising landing pages may load Meta's measurement tool only if you press Accept: it tells Meta that you visited and whether you sent an enquiry, and is not sent your name, number, treatment or anything you type.

How long we keep your details

Only as long as needed to respond and follow up. Enquiries that do not lead to a consultation are deleted or anonymised after [12 months; adjust on legal advice].

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your agreement, at any time by writing to the email above. We will then stop contacting you and delete your details unless the law requires us to keep them.

How we protect them

  • The website uses HTTPS
  • Enquiries are stored in a private Google Sheet shared only with named staff, and the admin panel needs a password
  • Staff use their own accounts with two-step verification, and access is removed when someone leaves
  • We contact you only by the method you chose

Medical disclaimer
